According to reports, the Galaxy Note 5 from AT&T is equipped with KNOX enterprise which prevents root and any further customization. Doing so the device won’t boot up and it will shut down the phone completely. This also the same thing being applied to the Verizon Galaxy Note 5 (SM-N920V). While those other Galaxy Note 5 handsets, such as T-Mobile and Sprint and unlocked variants do not include this feature. The Root access would simply disable the Samsung Pay application.
